The cleaning staff that work for Crown Maintenance are highly experienced and well-trained professionals.  We have strict hiring policies and select only the most qualified experts in the industry.  All members of our team are friendly, personable and well-liked by both management and employees of our clients.  Before becoming a part of the Crown Maintenance family, all our staff attend our rigorous training program where they learn the essentials of building maintenance and how to negotiate industry obstacles with ease and efficiency.  We also run thorough background checks on all employees for security purposes and to ensure your confidence.  All members of our cleaning team are bonded, insured and fully supervised by company owners.

Training

Members of the Crown Maintenance team undergo a comprehensive training program taught by both company owners and senior management.  Employees are educated on not just what to clean, but how to clean.  They are given instruction on proper bathroom sanitation procedures, floor stripping, washing, waxing and burnishing techniques, top-down office cleaning and disinfection measures, window washing and carpet maintenance.  In addition, staff training includes an intensive safety program, which ensures a healthy and safe environment for employees, clients and visitors.  All Crown Maintenance employees are routinely evaluated during their six-month probationary period and receive continual evaluation and advanced training thereafter.
