About Us
Crown Maintenance was founded in 1981 and is a family owned and
operated company. Husband and wife, Ray and Sandy Andrews saw a need
in the cleaning service industry for a company that offered both
affordability and quality to its clients. It wasn't long after they
started providing janitorial services to their first Safeway store
in Prince George that other companies such as Overwaitea and London
Drugs sought out their exceptional services.
By 1988 Crown Maintenance had expanded into Kamloops, Salmon Arm,
Vernon and Kelowna with clientele including Office Depot, Safeway,
BC Liquor Stores, London Drugs, Toys R Us, Value Village, Coopers,
Ledcor, major office buildings and shopping malls.
Crown Maintenance is now headquartered in beautiful Nanaimo, British
Columbia where Ray and Sandy continue to provide the same quality,
reliability and affordability they have always offered.
